WIFI: Updated NXC Library

For those of you holding your breath for NXT-G blocks for the wifi . . .  keep holding.  Sorry!  We’re still working on them and with Andrew Milluzi’s fine work and design, we will hopefully be able to share them soon.

Matt Allen has done some awesome work though on WIFI and NXC.  We’ve posted it in our downloads section here.  While some fine-tuning might need to be done, Matt has done a thorough job documenting and making functions for all the WIFI has to offer.
